The product is manufactured using a roto-molding process, ensuring a smooth surface that is resistant to fading. It is fortified with UV stabilizers, anti-static agents, and anti-aging agents. The upper handrail is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel pipe (Φ38, 2.0mm wall thickness), while the bottom crossbar is made from seamless steel pipe (Φ89, 2.0mm wall thickness). Both are treated with electrostatic powder coating, meeting national safety standards. The internal bearings are precision-made for durability and silent operation, ensuring smooth up-and-down movement.
